This Privacy Policy explains how LeaseContent AI (the “Service”) handles information when you create an account, use the content tools, or contact us. The short version: we collect what we need to run the Service, your property information and saved content are private to your account, and we don’t sell your information.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.

• Property information — the details you enter in your Property Profile, such as property name, location, amenities, floor plans, furnishing, specials, target residents, brand voice, and website.

• Generated and saved content — the marketing content you create and anything you save to Saved Content.

• Support and beta submissions — the name, email, property or company, and message you provide through our contact and beta forms.

• Usage information — technical information necessary to operate the Service, such as sign-in records and security logs.

We do not collect payment card details; payments are handled by third-party payment processors if and when they are enabled.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• provide and maintain the Service;

• authenticate you and keep your account secure;

• generate the marketing content you request using your property profile and brand voice;

• save and display your content when you return;

• provide customer support and respond to your messages;

• improve the product’s quality and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your property information or saved content to market to third parties.

Data security

Your account is protected by authentication, and your property profile and saved content are stored with row-level security so they are accessible only to your account. Administrative access is limited and logged.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete saved content, it is removed from your library. If you cancel or your account becomes inactive, we may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, then delete or de-identify the rest.

Third-party service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service, including providers of hosting, database storage, authentication, and payment processing (when enabled). These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service, its users, or others.

Your rights and choices

You can view and edit your Property Profile at any time, delete saved content, and cancel your subscription. You may also request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us through the contact form.

We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Service uses essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and make the Service function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we ever add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for professionals marketing apartment communities and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes will be communicated in the Service where practical.
